It may be 1 and up to 2 weeks for you to start seeing the results from whitening toothpaste, so have patience and avoid drinking heavily colored drinks as this may stop the teeth whitening from occurring and instead result in more teeth staining and it also defeats the purpose of the teeth whitening toothpaste.  Take caution even with whitening toothpaste and if you notice that your teeth have become more sensitive than before or your gums have begun to swell or change color, then it is recommended that you stop using the whitening toothpaste immediately.
